OBJECTIVE/S: To ensure that after the learner
has successfully completed their training can write trade test and qualify as
an Artisan. And also by selecting and successfully being declared competent for
a module/group of Modules within the Trade the candidates will be certified and
given credits. The latter holds that inclusive of recognition of prior learning
(RPL) and Gap Analysis Process this might afford employees an opportunity to
also write a trade test under Section 28 of the Manpower Training Act.
